We say the free option out loud
If Medicaid or Florida KidCare fits your household better than anything we could sell you, that is the recommendation. We lose the commission. It has never once been the wrong call.
Sunrise Health Enrollment has been on the same block since 2016. Four licensed agents, two languages, one phone number, and a rule about never selling somebody a plan they did not need.

Marisol spent nine years at an insurance call centre where the score on the wall was average handle time. The faster you ended the call, the better you looked. She watched people hang up with a plan they did not understand and no idea who to ring in February when the bill arrived.
She opened this office in 2016 with the opposite rule: the call ends when the person understands what they bought. It is slower. It is also why most of the people we enroll came from someone who was enrolled the year before.
The four of us between us speak English, Spanish, Haitian Creole and French, which matters in this neighbourhood more than any credential on the wall.

A plan your clinic does not accept is not a cheap plan. Your doctors and your prescriptions get looked up before anything gets quoted.
Enrollment season is when agencies are friendly. The test is whether anyone picks up four months later when a bill is confusing. We do.
We are licensed across Florida and we enroll households anywhere in the state, but almost everyone we see is in one of these four counties. Being local matters more than it sounds: plan networks and carrier availability are set county by county, so what is right in Hialeah can be wrong in Homestead.
Four licensed agents. You get a name and a direct extension, not a queue.

Mon to Fri, 9am to 7pm. Saturdays until 2pm. Ask for English or Spanish, either is fine.
