This is a demonstration website. It has no server, no database, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Nothing you type into any form on this site is transmitted or stored anywhere. The eligibility check on this site runs entirely inside your own browser and its answers never leave your device.
What a live version would collect
A working agency site would collect the details you volunteer on a callback form: your name, a phone number, a preferred language and a preferred time. Health insurance enrollment itself requires far more, including dates of birth, Social Security numbers and income figures, but that information is collected during a call or through the Marketplace application, not through a web form.
How that information would be used
Only to contact you about health coverage and to complete an enrollment you asked for. It would not be sold, rented, or passed to a lead broker. Health insurance lead selling is common in this industry and it is the reason people who once looked at a quote get called for years afterwards. A responsible agency does not do it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all and includes no third-party scripts. Your language preference is not stored; the English and Spanish sites are simply separate addresses you can link to and bookmark.
Your rights
Under Florida and federal law you can ask what a business holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask to be removed from contact lists. On a live site there would be a single email address and phone number for those requests, answered by a person rather than a form.
Contacting us
Because this is a demonstration, the contact details on this site are fictional and no personal information should be sent to them.
